How to access to a Mediation

IF IT IS THE APPLYING PARTY

1. The applying party shall fill and sign the application form provided by the Mediation Centre, stating the possible causes of the conflict as well as the particulars of the party with whom the mediation is sought.
2. The Mediation Centre of the NOTARIAL MEDIATION FOUNDATION, the application being accepted, after checking that the requirements are met, will take charge of contacting the other party or parties to report it/them the application filed and know it /their position concerning the procedure.
   • In the event that the party or parties contacted dos/do not accept or it is impossible to contact them, the applying party will be informed and a certificate will be issued to that effect.
   • In case of acceptance by the contacted party or parties it shall be notified to the applicant and it shall be proceeded to set a date for the informative session.

IF THE PARTIES APPLY FOR IT BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT

1. The applying parties shall have to fill and sign the application form provided by the Mediation Centre stating the possible causes of the conflict.
2. The Mediation Centre of the   FOUNDATION, the application being accepted, after checking that the requirements are met, will contact the parties in order to set a date for the informative session.
