The Notary advises with impartiality and has care of the respect of the basic rights of the consumers and users.
In a purchase and sale
The purchaser has the right to choose a notary because he is who pays most of the notarial fees.
As client of a Bank or when you purchase an asset or right
You have the right to choose a notary to balance the possible position of predominance by one of the parties. The Notary being chosen by a great economic operator is an abusive practice in prejudice of the client.
